The Zaz & Moe label, named for my 2 children, reflects the relaxed lifestyle & simple beauty of coastal Maine.  It is my good fortune to be able to work in my home studio, where I balance my time between work and family, creating surface, textile and mixed media,  designs. I design and produce everything you see here.

My love of art began as a child growing up in New Jersey, always drawing, sewing, playing with fiber, beads and fabric. I continually rework color, pattern and design making my work recognizable. These designs have been translated into many mediums, including bright block printed fiber pieces, clothing, and furniture, mixed media collage and jewelry. I LOVE using color & pattern, mixing & repurposing materials and bringing bursts of color & fresh design ideas to life. 

I am inspired by simple beauty, the creative freedom of children and my natural surroundings. I am ever grateful for my wonderful family, their humor & creative nurturing and endless laughter.

It is my desire to create joyful works of art for all to enjoy. All of my designs are hand drawn, printed & forged. All of my original designs define and shape a collection of clothing, wall art, jewelry, paper goods, home and gift items  to be loved and lived in and with.
